At The Cut you'll get a culinary experience like no other, where every dish is a masterpiece of flavour and finesse. We hand select our prime cuts of beef are aged for a minimum of 28 days to maximise flavour with prime cuts aged for 40 days, indulging your senses and will leave your taste buds craving for more. Our meticulous attention to detail, from the elegant ambiance to the impeccable service, sets the stage for a high-end indulgence like no other.
